As a Kindergarten tradition we have "cookie monster" time every day around 2:00. Each child is asked to bring a snack for a particular day and to bring enough for the whole class. A list is sent home to let you know when it is your child's turn to be cookie monster. I also post the list on the website.
Send cookies or any type of healthy snack such as grapes, carrots, etc. We have milk at this time. I will be sending home a note explaining the cost on the first day of school. |

Often as Catholics we are asked why we do certain things. Somethings are born out of tradition and ritual. Somethings thins are just misconceived notions. Hopefully throughout the year the answer to "why do we do that or we really don't do that" will be answered here.
Making the Sign of the Cross
When we make the Sign of the Cross, it is important to draw a cross with your right hand, from your forehead, to your chest, and to each shoulder:
The Sign of the Cross is a little prayer of love:
