Initial & Refresher Child Protection Policy Training


Initial Child Protection Trainings are listed on the Diocese of Belleville website at www.diobelle.org. These trainings are only for New Volunteers and Employees or those who have not attended an initial training. This is not the Annual Refresher Course. Pre-registration is required. Please arrive early to complete the registration process, pick up handouts, and ensure a prompt start.

REFRESHER TRAININGAll volunteers who have completed the Initial Child Protection Training must complete an ANNUAL REFRESHER course. The 2009-2010 Child Protection Refresher Course - Mandated Reporting - by going to www.diobelle.org and clicking on Diocesan Events.Please follow all of the directions. There will be a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION that will have your name printed on it. This certificate must be turned into the school office as your proof on compliance with the Child Protection Training and then will be forwarded to the diocese.
